Rosalyn Yalow is looking for a Data Coordinator/Operations Associate who is interested in joining their team!
The Data Coordinator/Operations Associate reports to the Director of operations and serves as the primary point of contact for all student
data inquiries across four distinct data platforms: Powerschool, ATS, Clever, and Filemaker.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops/oversees the school's literacy data management system,
ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility for authorized
personnel. Data integrity includes identifying discrepancies when
data flags indicate potential inaccuracies, and ensuring that all
student information is up-to-date and reliable. - Enters and manages student data in PowerSchool, including
enrollments and withdrawals throughout the year,
student/teacher/room schedules, transcripts, test scores,
immunizations, student demographics, etc. - Monitors the entry of student attendance and grades by teachers
into PowerSchool. Monitors excused/unexcused student absences.
Prepares student absence lists and daily absence bulletin. Maintains
student sign-in/sign-out logs, based on directions from the
Director of Operations. - Employs the PowerSchool program to generate detailed reports
and projections to support decision-making processes of school
administrators, including visualizations to communicate key
findings and trends in literacy data to internal and external
stakeholders—e.g., student progress and test scores. - Designs and implements systems for collecting, organizing,
and analyzing literacy-related data, such as reading levels, test
scores and demographic information. - Collects data for and prints marking period report cards.
- Performs other operations associate duties as assigned by the
Director of Operations.
